  Here are some interesting things to pay attention to for improving your physical wellness and goals

Stress and physical wellness
  As Talked about in the previous post, stress is not great for our mental wellness, but now were going to take a look at how it effects our physical wellness. Not only can it effect our metabolism, which would lead to over or under eating, but it can also effect our emotions leading to feelings of irritability and feeling overwhelmed. It may also cause us to skip meals and overuse caffeine, as well as give us headaches.
    To manage these side effects of stress, you could regulate and track your meals, set up things to look forward to, and ask for support from those close to you.

Components of physical fitness

Some components that are involved in physical fitness are:
Body Fat Composition- The amount of body fat
Flexibility- The range of motion for your joints
Muscular Endurance- The muscles ability to support low weight for a long period
Muscular Strength- The muscles ability to support high weight for a short period
Cardiovascular Endurance- The bodies ability to support long periods of heart, lung, and blood work efficiently
